Mod Introduction
Hi everyone, new mod here, and I want to let you know that I'm not going to be one of those who deletes everything because I disagree on a personal level. I will however curb name calling and threats of any kind. I believe that people should have the freedom to voice their opinion without being bashed, and that means every opinion. For examples, want to post pro 9-11 conspiracy stuff, fine, but somebody else has the right to post non conspiracy stuff also without insults and attacks. Want to post anti Christian stuff, fine, but somebody else has the same right to post pro Christian views with the same respect. Debate and discuss like intelligent mature people and we can get along better and learn from one another. Thank you.

Re: Mod Introduction
Thanks for the intro FST that is a good intro, and a good outlook to have, this is a democratic board and not a personal run feifdom like some sites we know where if you do not go along with the status quo then you are out the door.

Re: Mod Introduction
Thanks. One other thing that shouldn't be tolerated on a site that too many sites allow because a member happens to share personal opinions with the mods or administrator or are friends, and that is hounding, or stalking on a board. We all know this tactic very well, but to clarify it's when a particular member hates another member and makes sure they are the first or one of the first to reply with an insulting remark. They stalk the site looking for new post by their enemies and jump asap and troll to try to start a flame war, and as soon as the other member takes the bait they get suspended or banned. That goes on way too much across the net and I'm sure we have all experienced this. It is bs dirty pool and I don't think it has any place on a site like this. Want to troll, go to facebook or youtube with the rest of the drama arseholes and idiots. A site shouldn't have to have an ignore button, it should be populated with people with respect and maturity or they shouldn't be on.
I must add something, and I hope I'm not over stepping my bounderies here, but mods should be open to constructive criticism, constructive that is, not slander or insults mind you. In a democratic forum I see no reason why a member can't question a mod if he/she thinks the mod might be wrong about something, and it helps all of us learn, along with having competent leadership in a site. Just drop a pm if you have any questions and we can try to clarify a few things and work things out. Too many sites will have bias idiots running the show and axe good members just for questioning them, and that isn't right. Thank you.

Re: Mod Introduction
Yes i agree their seemed to be more in-fighting amongst themselves than against all the people they are sussposed to despise, half the time i wonder if the admins on these sites delibratley start or encourage drama when the posts are getting a bit slow.
One good thing though id that we have all learned what mistakes not to make from being on those forums,it was a gladiator school , and as you have said some of the top echelon were personal and social friends, so there was no scope for impartialiaty.
